Q. How do I place an order with an official Purchase Order?

A. If you would like to place an order using an official Purchase Order from your school or school district you can fax or email your PO to us (fax: 703-860-4013; email: shopdeca_@deca.org) and fill out this form with your items and submit it here.

You can also complete a shopping cart and fill out your shipping information (from here we can pull your abandoned check out with items and billing/shipping information), then email or fax your PO to the following:

Q. I placed an order containing a digital download, why am I being charged shipping?

A. Unfortunately, when an order for a digital download is placed in conjunction with in-stock items that require shipping a shipping charge for the subtotal of the entire order is calculated automatically. Don't fret! We typically catch these errors and are able to refund the appropriate amount of shipping costs. To avoid this all together, we advise placing a separate order for any digital downloads.

 

Q. How are shipping rates calculated?

A. The shipping cost on any order is calculated based on the order subtotal as well as the delivery method chosen. See the table below for more details:

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. All orders are shipped via prepaid ground freight within the continental U.S. Allow ten business days for delivery of in-stock items. Shipping address must have a street address. DECA Images cannot deliver to a P.O. box number.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Orders are manually fulfilled by our staff, therefore any orders that are placed after hours are processed on the next business day.

Orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S., or that are in excess of 100 pounds, may require additional shipping time and will incur increased shipping charges. All brokerage/custom fees are the responsibility of the receiver, not DECA Images. Any orders that are refused at the destination will incur shipping and return shipping fees, regardless of receipt of product.

Q. I need my order in a hurry! What expedited shipping options do you offer?

A. If merchandise is needed by a specific date, chose from any of the expedited delivery methods shown (1-day, 2-day, or 3-day). This is available on in-stock items only. Rush orders will be shipped the same day if received by 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders received after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day. Please note that express shipping is not available in all areas.

 

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. DECA Images is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm EST. Please advise that DECA Images is closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as most federal holidays:

New Year's Day - January 1

Martin Luther King Day - 3rd Monday in January

President's Day - 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day - last Monday in May

Independence Day - July 4

Labor Day - first Monday in September

Columbus Day - 2nd Monday in October

Thanksgiving - Last Thursday and Friday in November

Christmas Day - December 25

 

Q. How do I request a quote for in-stock products?

A. Most schools and school districts accept a printed copy of your shopping cart as an acceptable form of a quote for in-stock items. Please don't forget to add shipping costs before submitting your requisition!

Q. How do I request a quote for customized products?

A. Note that not all our in-stock products are available to be customized, please visit our CUSTOM page for more details. You may also send us an email with the following information:

  • Chapter name and mailing address.
  • Advisor's name, email address, and phone number.
  • Type of custom items (ie. tee shirts, polos, etc.).
  • Desired color and quantity of custom items.
  • Detailed description of design ideas and be sure to review our Branding Guidelines before submitting your request.
  • In-hand date or event deadline (custom orders may take up to two weeks to produce after artwork is approved).
  • Do you grant DECA Inc. permission to publish your custom design in official DECA publications, websites, or social media outlets?

 

Q. How do I request permission to use an Outside Vendor for a custom order?

A. If you are bidding out the job or want to use a vendor other than DECA Images, first obtain those quotes and submit them with your completed Outside Vendor Request Form

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A. DECA Images offers a 30-day return/exchange policy with receipt. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.

If the order was processed incorrectly, we'll gladly pick up the freight cost of returning the merchandise to make things right. Please contact us at shopdeca_@deca.org or 703.860.5006 so we can make your order right!

If your merchandise needs have changed, simply return the merchandise and pay only the freight. No restocking fees will be charged. Include your billing name and address with your return.

DECA blazers for return or exchange must have their original tags in place on the outside of the sleeve and be in new, unworn condition.

Q. I don't know what size blazer to order, HELP!

It is a good rule-of-thumb to order the same size that you would wear in either a men's or misses (not juniors) size suit. We may be able to accommodate requests for special size blazers. Please contact us via phone or email for more information:
